World War II saw an end to horseback charges,
when the Poles decided on one last stunt.
Thus, their General Staff decided to face the invasion,
a Polonaises suicide. Raise a glass to Chopin, and let's ride.
The Poles were like roaches on horses,
going against Hitler's fearsome Panzer tanks.
I tell you, war is no place for comic book heroes
no matter how noble their hearts.
