The Beginning of Smoke Stacks

I explain to a member of the now generation,
that as every citizen has right to an elementary school education,
every citizen is entitled to health care when needed

The young gentleman claims that people are sick
because they overeat, and them popping out babies in litters
do not carry their fair share of the tax burden

Thus, the low lifers get sicker and contagious,
while we who are healthy, wealthy get screwed
on account of the imprudence?
